One downside was the lack of attention to detail in cleaning the bathrooms, with noticeable mold in the corners.

Amazing location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Phewa Lake. The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. During my stay, I had a special request for my honeymoon and the management went above and beyond to upgrade us to a honeymoon suite. The personal touch made our stay perfect. Beautiful location on Phewa Lake, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff is attentive and coffee at the restaurant is excellent! Rooms are comfortable and close to the airport. Ordered room service and enjoyed the Portuguese chicken with tasty pilaf. New tower has modern rooms, great food and beverage service. Owner adds personal touch with helpful suggestions.

The hotel is stunning with a beautiful view over the lake. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The staff are helpful and offer tours around the area. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast has a great range of dishes to choose from.
One of the room service staff had a habit of looking inside the room suspiciously when delivering food.

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a popular backpackers hub. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always friendly and attentive. The rooms had a beautiful rustic feel with stone walls and natural wood, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight for me was the amazing bath where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring Pokhara. The hotel also had a brilliant bar with fantastic cocktails, and despite being in a quieter area, it was only a short walk away from all the attractions of Lakeside. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious experience with a cozy backpackers vibe.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including both European and local dishes. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities such as a spa and on-site café for guests to indulge in.
The wifi connection on the 6th floor can be unreliable at times.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was fantastic - comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
One small improvement for the breakfast menu could be offering more variety of pastries.

Had a lovely Christmas break at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary hot chocolate and cookies on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel was located close to the main shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the nearby mountains from the hotel's rooftop terrace, which was a perfect place to watch the sunrise.
One downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal in our room, making it difficult to connect to the internet. The other issue was the uncomfortable toilet seat, which felt unstable when in use.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms in the new tower were modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The owner was on site and provided great suggestions for things to do and see. The location of the hotel across from the lake was perfect, with boat rentals available. The food and beverages at the restaurant and bar were excellent. The airport shuttle provided by the hotel in a modern, comfortable van was a great convenience for us.
Nothing negative to say.
